1. How to Order

Dear customer, to place an order on our website, please follow these steps:

2. Select the desired product and add it to your cart.
3. View your cart and click 'Continue'.
4. Fill in your contact information in the required fields.
5. Choose a payment method and leave a comment if needed.
6. After placing the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

2. Payment

All payments on the website are made in Armenian drams (AMD) using the following methods:
- Online payment via ArCa, Visa, or MasterCard.
- Bank transfer to our current account.

Note: When making online payments, all personal and card information is entered only on secure pages of the respective payment systems (banks). No payment data is stored on our website.

3. Delivery

Free delivery is available within Yerevan, regardless of the order amount.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified. If changes are necessary, please contact our sales department at +374 41511218.
An invoice will be included in the package, listing the order number, items, prices, and total cost.
Prior to delivery, our courier will call the phone number provided during checkout to confirm the delivery details.

4. Warranty Service

Free warranty service is available only with a valid warranty coupon and within the specified warranty period.
The buyer is responsible for transportation costs related to warranty service.

Free warranty service is not provided if:

1. The product lacks warranty labels or a serial number.
2. Operating instructions were violated.
3. The device was connected to improper or unstable power sources.
4. There are signs of mechanical damage.
5. The product was serviced by unauthorized persons.
6. The issue is related to software.
7. The issue concerns batteries or power supplies.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data such as name, email, and payment information solely for order processing and customer service.
Your data is securely stored and not shared with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed from 1-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
